About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Rock Carver / Concrete Artisan to join our team. The ideal candidate is an artist and craftsperson who can transform concrete into convincing, stunning simulations of natural rock, stone, and organic textures. This is not an exclusive general construction role — we’re looking for someone who brings genuine artistic sensibility to every project, combined with hands-on construction experience.
Our new team members should have a good attitude and a willingness to grow. You must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling within the Pacific Northwest. Applicants should enjoy working outdoors and in varying weather conditions. We offer competitive wages, medical & dental benefits, and a Simple IRA Retirement plan after a probationary period.
